Hot summer nights at @irwindalespeedway this past Saturday. We had a double header again this weekend which allows us to get the full 14 races needed for the NASCAR Division III points series.
Pulled off a P3 in qualifying during the 101 degree heat. During Race 1, I became mentally and physically overheated and had a rough start to the night. With the car having a ton of oversteer I was able to put together a P4.
In Race 2 with a few changes in tire pressures and the track a little cooler, I was able to get the car under me a bit and just concentrated on my marks and consistency to pull off the big Win
