Race night at Irwindale Speedway and Black Flag Cancer Demo Derby night that benefits the American Cancer Society.
It was an interesting day starting with some rain that shut down the autograph session. They had to dry the track and they were able to get it done on time for the fans.
Even though the track was dry there was just a different feel to it. Had some chattering in the wheels that I had never felt before. Had a rough time with the handling, but about half way through the race I was able to get it together.
I really wanted this win for one reason and one reason only. That was so I could dedicate it to my Sister-in-law, Trisha Mach Robertson that just passed away from a long battle with cancer. (FC) Somehow the Lord laid the cards out for us to finish in P1. This Raced Is Dedicated To Trisha Mach Robertson.
